Guest room and Facilities

Q.

Can we have our room cleaned or our bed sheets changed?

A.

The staff will collect garbage once every 3days upon guest's request. Also, when guest stays longer than a week, we clean the room someday around halfway through his/her stay.

Q.

Does the room come with any toiletries?

A.

All rooms come with toiletries listed here:Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap, Toothbrush(with a tube of tooth paste), Face/Hand wash

How many towels will be there in the room?

A.

We have a bath towel ready for each guest per stay.If you are staying more than one night, please clean the towel using a washing machine in your room.

Can we fix a meal in the room?

A.

Yes. There is a kitchen in every room, so you can fix your own meal. There are also a fridge, a microwave and an electric kettle.

What cooking utensils are there?

A.

Yes. There are some cooking utenciles listed here: Frying pan, Cooking pot, Ladle, Disposable plates, Disposable chopsticks, Cups, Knife, Cutting board

Is there any smoking rooms?

A.

We are sorry but we strongly prohibit smoking inside/outside of all the facilities incruding veranda. Please find the nearest convinience store if you want to smoke. You may be fined once you were seen smoking.

Do you have breakfast service?

A.

We are sorry but there is no breakfast service available. Please try the restaurants near the facilities.

Q.

Do you have any parking spaces available for guests?

A.

We are sorry for the inconvinience but we have no parking spaces dedicated to the facilities. Please use coin parking lot near your accomondation.

How can I check-out?

A.

Please check out yourself since there is no staff at the time of check out. Check out time:10AM

Can I check-in earlier?

A.

You can check in earlier though you can enter your room after 3PM.

Q.

Can I pay with cash?

A.

We are very sorry but we only accept credit card (Visa, Master, AMEX) payment. We recommend all guests to pay in advance for smooth check in. Please understand that we ONLY accept credit card payment even though you selected "Pay by cash" or "Pay at site" as payment option on reservation site.

Q.

If I extend my stay,can I stay in the same room?

A.

Usually you can stay in the same room.However, we would like you to understand that there is a chance that you won't be able to because somebody else has already booked the room from booking site earlier than you.

Can I leave my luggage at the accomondation after the check out?

A.

I'm sorry but please store your luggage in a coin operated locker at the station area.

Q.

Can you issue a receipt?

A.

Yes. We can issue PDA file or paper receipt. However, if you paid advance online at the time of booking, you need to obtain a receipt from the booking site you booked and paid through.
